    Artists and non-artists of all ages are invited to sketch your world. We will have facilitators at Howard Amon Park, John Dam Plaza, McMurray Park, the Richland Public Library and the Allied Arts Gallery in the Park. Choose whatever you like to sketch. Turn your sketch in to the Richland Public Library by August 22nd to have it included in the display in December.

  7. Public Art Sketch Tour 10:00 am -- 12:00 pm Begins at Tree Sculpture in the Parkway.

    Artists and non-artists of all ages are invited to join this facilitated tour as part of the Community Sketch Day. Tour will begin at 10:00 am at the tree sculpture in the Parkway and end at John Dam Plaza. There will be time for sketching public art at both locations.

  8. Building STEAM Building Duck Boxes

    August 18, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM @ Building STEAM MakerSpace

    Dale from the Richland Rod & Gun Club will here talk about Duck Boxes and how they are used. Participants will work in teams to make 15 – 20 Duck Boxes. Each person will sign the inside of the box and learn how to access the information on where the box will be placed and who is used it throughout the year.
