The Landlord Training Seminar is the first step of the Richland Police Department's Crime Resistant Community Living program. This seminar will include training and a comprehensive program manual, and offer information on narcotics, gang, fire codes, tenant law and proper screening. You must register for this event. Registration can be picked up at the Richland Library or contact Officer Rick Kane at 509-942-7636 for more information.
